The installation person told us that he had to move the shutters closer to the dbl hung window as it was to far away, when in all fact he moved them closer to hide the fact he did not use extra flange, tape or any insulation of any sorts and it hid the areas where he had cut the siding to short. The larger window he never bothered cutting the siding to fit, so now the siding has began to "wave" and detach from other pieces because of the pressure from the livingroom window.

I have had a couple reputable companies come and look at the installation job and windows, they to were floored on how a company could charge so much and supply a horrible product and do such a shady job. I have put this in dispute a few times with the financial company and Paradise Home Improvement sends them nothing but bogus letters. When the installation person had finished, he told me I needed to sign the work completion paperwork, I told him not until I have it inspected he had the nerve to say " what are you gonna do, have them remove the siding to inspect the work?" I simply replied " since it is my house and if that is what it takes then so be it" he then left in a hurry. Then the phone calls started coming from the Contractor, he wanted the work completion paper signed so they could get their money.

I have only dealt with the contractor 1 time alone, any other time I have always had someone here with me. The only thing about this whole nightmare that I am happy with is the fact I have kept all emails to and from the company and all letters the company had submitted to the financial institution. Offers have been made by both sides, none to which have been excepted.

I had even sent an offer which basically stated pretty much the same thing as the " settlement and release" forms they sent to me back in November, which was a complete shock to see those papers, as I had to call an attorney and have him explain to me what exactly a Settlement and Release form was. Now all they do is ignore my calls and emails.

The sales person lied about where the windows where coming from. The windows are not even installed properly, parts are not even attached to the house so they remain in place.

I have had to tape pieces to the house just to get them to stay in place as best they would. The other installation materials that should have been used such as extra flange, tape, insulation around the windows and the foam insulation was never used. There is damage to my home due to the poor quality of product and poor quality installtion. I have put this in dispute several times with the Financial Institute, and Paradise Home Improvement has sent letter's on how they have tried to work with me and how I have always declined.

Yet they fail to speak of how myself and the Grand Rapids contractor came to a verbal agreement and when the time came for things to be repaired and fixed by the Company, the Contractor or the Company decided to change what had been agreed upon and offered something completely different and when I informed the Contractor that, that was not the agreement we had came to months prior, he walked off the job. I am glad that I have kept all emails sent by myself to the Company and have kept all emails received by the Company and the letters that had been sent to the Bank. This Company was suppose to Improve the quality of my home, yet all it has done is make matters worse. I had sent Paradise Home Improvement a few options that I was willing to settle on, yet they declined each.

They had sent me 3 options to choose from, none of which I felt was fair. As the Settlement and Release form they had sent in Nov 2016 was better then any of the 3 options.

I had sent them a final email stating what I would settle for, which would pay off the Bank Loan and enough money to have a reputable company come in and do the nessesary repairs caused by the poor product and poor installtion, and have windows that would improve the quality of my home and I had also included in that same email that I would gladly sign a Settlement and Release contract that would release Paradise Home Improvement from any further obligation to my home upon acceptance of my offer, and as usual no response. In my opinion this company only follows its web page's " Promises, Guarantee's Warranties when they feel it is fit too.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

They still have not done anything to even try to resolve the issue. They lied to the BBB, lied to the financial company.

They are very selective on what they tell the bank and BBB..

Damages continue to worsen. I will be making a video and making it Viral, and hoping to show physical paper documents along with the video..
